故事发生在1947年的天津卫。郑心凌（路晨 饰）是富商之女，平日里衣食无忧，过着公主般的生活，怎奈天有不测风云，母亲突遇车祸身亡，心凌深受打击，不久竟患上抑郁症。宁雅（冯波 饰）是一名留洋归国的心理医生，他问诊后把心凌带到一处幽静山庄进行治疗。入住山庄后，心凌发现了一本看似普通的日记本，但当她翻看内容后，一连串诡异的现象接踵而至，先是有人离奇死亡，后来每到午夜时分，山庄便响起鬼魅魉魑的恐怖音乐，渗血的人体标本也随之出现。紧接着，更怪异的现象出现了，那是一个停电的夜晚......
