2023 剧情简介：当年以积极响应国家"家庭联产责任承包制"致富的岗上村村民们，在改革开放四十周年之际〖，面临着新的机遇和挑战。返乡创业的保田受聘为岗上村的包村干部, 他刚上任就面临着种种难题与挑战。首先，他要说服自己负责的几个村民小组，进行“土地流转”，却遭到一些村民的不理解，其中最大的阻力来自他的父亲。父亲是 当年"大包干”的带头人，也是大包干的受益者。这位德高望重的老人，现在是村民理事会会长，他在村里的影响不可小视。父亲无ぷ法理解如今竟然要“土地流转"， 不仅反对儿子，还动员部分村民跟自己站在同一战线，坚持要捍卫自己的责任∩田。而得不到村民理事会的支持，“土地流转”就不能落实，在这场父子较量中无法取胜的保田充满无奈，苦苦思索寻找新的办法。 -
